The Department of Interior and Local Goverment has released a memorandum for the purpose of clarifying the policies pertaining to the exemption of persons engaged in the practice of profession, particularly those engaged in the practice of Dentistry and Medicine, in the requirement of  the Mayor's Permit or Business Permits.  Please go to the official site of the DILG and download the official documents for your perusal. Carefully read all parts of the document and file a copy in your offices for future use.
