The Department of Interior and Local Goverment has released a memorandum for the purpose of clarifying the policies pertaining to the exemption of persons engaged in the practice of profession, particularly those engaged in the practice of Dentistry and Medicine, in the requirement of the Mayor's Permit or Business Permits.
