5. Click Next and Confirm Payment;
6. Take a Screenshot of Transaction Receipt with Reference # Type:
Complete Name, PRC # & Expiry, Contact Number, Email Address, Birthday & Chapter;
7. Email to:
8. Send a copy of your transaction receipt to your chapter President-Elect via messenger and fill out Convention Kit order form;
9. Pay Chapter Membership Fee 2022-2023;
10. Get soft copy of provisional receipt, chapter receipt and convention kit order form from Chapter President-elect.
Note: PDA does not receive any portion from GCash service fee payments. Every Reference Number is unique. Anyone found tampering and or reusing someone else's transaction receipt will be subject to disciplinary action, fine or membership suspension (PDA Constitution & By-laws 2021 Article XXVI Sec.5)
