The program aims to empower dental educators through evidence-based teaching strategies, curriculum development approaches, and innovative methods to improve the training of future pediatric dental professionals. The initiative reflects the growing importance of faculty development in maintaining excellence in dental education and ensuring that educators are equipped with effective tools to facilitate clinical and academic learning.
